Chuzzle Snap

August 2024 update ate my entire game history of 2 years 😭😭😭 Also no longer will retain more than two trophies. And now game is crashing after the daily do when the bottle is supposed to fill at level 3. Reinstalled the app, started ANOTHER new game from scratch (😭) and the same issues persist. Please fix! Been a die-hard Chuzzler for something like ten years!

The game is fun, but the app is buggy. It also keeps eating my trophies. I tried restarting it, but it didn't work. I got an error message at one point telling me to clear the cache (which I had JUST done) because it has bugs. I don't need something like that messing around on my phone, so I'm uninstalling it and will check back another time.

I enjoy the game. But when you have to exit out of an ad 4 times, it must mean they are trying to drive users away. I don't mind ads between puzzles, but when you have to exit multiple times it's too much. It started as 2, then 3, now 4 times. If I didn't want it at 1, I REALLY don't want it after 4 times. And, no, I'm not paying to remove ads. I'll just get rid of the game.
